I wanted to throw out a question that's been on my mind lately as I’ve been grinding through Dune: Awakening. Has anyone here actually bought Solari through third-party sources like U4GM? I’ve seen them mentioned a few times on Reddit and Discord, and they’re apparently selling Solari now.
I’ve been playing mostly solo so far, which means my Solari generation is… slow. Between gear repairs, base upgrades, and faction contributions, I feel like I’m always short. I know you can farm Solari legit through harvesting, contracts, and spice smuggling, but man, it’s a grind when you’re not part of a large, organized clan.
Part of me is tempted to just get a small bundle of Solari to speed things up, but I’m also wary of getting scammed or flagged by Funcom. Does anyone know if buying Solari from U4GM is even allowed? Or do they have a way of making it safe like player-to-player trades?
I’m not trying to break the game or skip progression, but I also don’t want to get left behind while everyone else is racing through the tech tree and stacking upgrades.
Would love to hear your thoughts — even if it’s just general advice about managing Solari better. I’m not fully sold on buying yet, just weighing my options. If you’ve had experience with U4GM or another method, feel free to drop a recommendation (or a warning!).
